If you have not taken out travel cancellation insurance, the following cancellation fees apply – up to 30 days before arrival cancellation is free. Between 29 and 3 days before arrival, 50 % of the price for the booked package is due. Up to 2 days before arrival and in the event of early departure, the entire amount will be charged. Deposits are not reimbursed if a cancellation is made.
On the day you are due to arrive, your room is available from 14:00. On the day you are due to depart we request that you vacate your room by 11:00.
Special discounts are available for our youngest guests. Children up to the age of 2 stay the night free of charge, children aged between 2 and 4 enjoy a 90 % discount, children aged between 4 and 9 get a 50 % discount, while children aged from 9 to 15 receive a 30 % discount. This discount applies when they are staying in their parents’ room.
Dogs are welcome in the Hotel Auren. Please note that dogs are not permitted access to the dining hall and sauna area. There is a separate area available for you to dine when you bring your dog with you. 15 € per day – not including feed – is charged to cover costs for this service.
For guests aged 14 and over, local taxes of 2.90 € per person and night are charged. The tax is used to promote tourist infrastructure and is not included in the total price of your stay. Payment is made when you get here.
You can pay your bill in cash, or using a debit or credit card.
For stays of less than three nights, there is a 10 % surcharge per person and night.
For solo use of a double room, we charge a 50 % surcharge on the price of the respective room category.
No refunds are available for any services that are not availed of during your stay.
To confirm your booking a deposit of 300 € is required, which you can conveniently pay by credit card. In the event of cancellation this deposit will not be reimbursed.
To save any unpleasantness, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance. This will provide you with cover in the event of cancellation or early departure.
